AUGUST 1 FRIDAY NO TITLE NO DEAL

Where would you think an intelligent person would put a valuable document like a title to a car?/ But if it isn't in the lock box then where do you look? Every file labeled cars, vehicles, maintenance ,insurance , to be filed.. Jocelyn went through everything ,bless her heart ,and came up with titles to everything but the Highlander so no deal today.! The Carmax people were very understanding and I’m sure glad to get the Casita off their lot.As we drove away there appeared the ‘famous’ ,they say, Brat Stop with cheese curds, New Glarus rhubarb beer and a zillion kinds of very expensive brats.   Yes , we supported the local economy and then  headed for the Apple store in Mayfair shopping mall to pick up my new computer.

After catching up on emails, texts, phone calls and researching how to apply for a replacement title and the Apple Store still had not called to say my computer was ready, I decided to go sit on their doorstep. When I got there, they were ready to close and magically it was ready for pick up. Sheba proceeded to get sick all over their floor, but the staff, was most gracious but also happy to see us go. I threw together some wild concoction for dinner. I'm learning that cold food can be just as filling as warm food and a lot less hassle. Even cold tomato soup can be quite enjoyable If you just pretend it's creamy tomato juice even Sheba liked it. Of course I was eager to try out my new Mac air. But I couldn't figure out how to make the finger ID work or set the font size and 1000 other new settings and then realized I never sold back my old computer. Thus I had every reason to want to stay in the Mayfair parking lot all night so as to get back the Apple geniuses to get me started. I saw no signs that said no overnight parking and I was somewhat camouflage by a bunch of trees so I did my best to unhear what Greg and Ann had warned me about Mayfair being one of the worst parts of town

Apparently, “Aw Sheet” has recruited, my new nephew, Greg, and his precious wife Ann as adjunct guardian angels. She needs all the help she can get and we both are very appreciative.
